ATESS Enercollege Empowers Iraq Exclusive Distributor: Tailored Training & Swift After-Sales Support On Site

From January 19th to February 6th, 2026, our ATESS technician arrived in Iraq to provide after-sales support and resolve issues for our overseas client, Fiafi Solar Company. We also conducted a series of high-quality, systematic training sessions on equipment operation and maintenance (O&M) and troubleshooting for engineers in various locations. This trip spanned three cities (Najaf, Hilla, and Baghdad), truly addressing the problems and improving the skills of local engineers.

 

ATESS Enercollege instructor Andy focused on key topics such as routine equipment maintenance procedures, basic fault diagnosis, and system operation optimization. He demonstrated practical operations on-site, providing in-depth explanations of diagnostic approaches and troubleshooting processes for common problems. This helped our client build more efficient and autonomous O&M capabilities, further reducing equipment fault risks and improving system stability and operational efficiency.
