ATESS Enercollege successfully held a dedicated training session focused on EV EV Charger technologies on July 24, 2025. The session aimed to comprehensively enhance the professional skills and product knowledge of the frontline technical support team. By strengthening the team’s understanding of core technologies, the training not only boosted their service capabilities but also injected strong momentum into future market expansion—marking another solid step forward for ATESS in the fast-growing energy sector.
Training Moment
The training was delivered by key engineers from ATESS’s R&D department and focused on the latest technical updates of the company’s electric vehicle charging solutions. The program covered a range of key topics including newly developed hardware features, optimized software design, and the most recent theoretical frameworks for troubleshooting and fault analysis.
To begin with, Hardware Engineer Mr. Zhang delivered an in-depth training session on the hardware components of DC chargers, highlighting maintenance techniques and protective strategies for key product models. His practical and systematic explanations gave participants a clearer understanding of the internal structure and performance of the products, laying a solid foundation for providing faster and more accurate technical support in the field.
