To enhance the technical understanding and industry insight of the company’s pre-sales, after-sales, and sales teams, Enercollege organized a dual-themed training program on April 24, 2025, focusing on ‘EV Charger Basics’ and ‘EV Charger Standards & Certifications.’ The sessions were jointly delivered by pre-sales trainers Taya Tao and Benson Zhong from the Marketing Department and were open to all staff across technical and commercial functions.
The first session, ‘EV Charger Standards & Certifications’ , provided a comprehensive overview of the key domestic and international standards shaping the EV charging industry, including IEC, ISO, SAE, and GB/T frameworks. The trainers also covered major market access certifications such as CE, UL, and UKCA, helping participants understand the importance of charger compatibility, electrical safety, and interface standardization—broadening their global perspective.

In the second session, ‘EV Charger Basics’ , participants gained systematic knowledge of EV battery architecture, charger types, charging time estimation, and the full charging process. Through practical examples and interactive discussions, the training helped team members clearly distinguish between AC slow charging and DC fast charging, while equipping them with key calculations and efficiency factors critical to real-world application.

Looking ahead, Enercollege will remain committed to delivering more practical, forward-looking training initiatives aligned with industry trends—providing strong talent support and knowledge foundations for the company’s sustainable growth.
