Things to Know on Load Balance for Multiple Chargers

1: Why do we need load balance when using multiple chargers?
When install multiple chargers in public stations, if the output power of these  chargers is not managed, the total power might exceed the maximum power of the power distribution switch and cause a trip. Therefore, performing load balance for multiple chargers is a must.

2:How to realize load balance

Create a site on the monitoring server, determine the total allowable output current, and add the chargers that require load management to the site. If the output current of these chargers does not exceed the total current limit, each charger will charge with their maximum current. Otherwise, the chargers’ power will be restricted to make sure the total current output does not exceed the maximum limit.
