ATESS EnerCollege Hosts Second Training Session for South African Battery Manufacturer Blue Nova

From August 25 to 27, EnerCollege conducted its second in-person training session on energy storage products, following a request from Blue Nova’s South African team. This session represents a major advance in the systematic development of EnerCollege’s training programs. Engineers Rickert Snyman and David Strydom from Blue Nova participated in the training.

During the session, customer service engineer Felix provided an in-depth explanation of the HPS and PCS series products, offering participants a deep dive into the company's innovative solutions.

Additionally, pre-sales technical support specialist Tonicx delivered a detailed presentation on product introduction and configuration, enriching the customers' knowledge of our product setups and helping them better grasp methods for troubleshooting product issues.

The training session wrapped up with an official certification ceremony, where participants were presented with certificates, marking their successful completion of the program and their preparedness to implement their newly acquired skills.

Following the certification ceremony, our team interviewed the engineers who participated in the training. Engineer David remarked that the training offered a comprehensive and insightful experience, significantly deepening their understanding of our products. Rickert noted that the training addressed numerous questions they had brought with them, leaving them very satisfied. With their new knowledge and skills, they are now better equipped to address product issues for their users.
