ATESS Enercollege Partners with ARB Global (Pty) LTD to Deliver Specialized Training, Enhancing Technical Expertise in Energy Storage System Installation and Troubleshooting

On March 5, 2025, ATESS Enercollege, in collaboration with one of South Africa’s top five distributors, successfully conducted a three-day specialized technical training session in Johannesburg. The training was designed for the distributor's technical team and EPC secondary dealers, focusing on installing, commissioning, and troubleshooting energy storage systems. Led by Jean, Customer Service Manager at ATESS South Africa, the program aimed to enhance participants' hands-on skills and provide strong technical support for future project implementation and maintenance. A total of 10 technical personnel took part in the session.  

• Comprehensive Training to Strengthen Core Skills   

The training focused on ATESS's core energy storage products, storage systems, and compatible accessories, covering key topics such as equipment configuration, operation mode optimization, and fault diagnosis. Through real-world case studies, Jean provided in-depth insights into system commissioning essentials, while hands-on demonstrations and interactive discussions ensured that trainees mastered key operational techniques. 

• Effective Learning Outcomes, Enhancing Practical Application   

After the training, participants shared that they had gained valuable insights and practical skills, enhancing their understanding of energy storage systems. They are now more proficient in equipment installation, system optimization, and fault diagnosis, establishing a strong technical foundation for future projects.  

Through interactive Q&A sessions, case analysis, and scenario-based training, participants engaged in practical technical exercises that addressed real-world operational challenges. Throughout the session, they actively interacted with Jean, discussing system optimization strategies, reinforcing the connection between theoretical knowledge and practical application, and ensuring that the training results were effectively solidified.
