Analysis:When parallel or connecting to bypass cabinet, the communication resistance value is incorrect or the wiring is incorrect. In the case of parallel operation, the parallel address settings are duplicated.
Solution:Check if the wiring of the CANB interface is correct. In the event of a power outage, the normal communication resistance range for measuring the resistance value of CANB should be 60-120 ohms. The communication resistance value can be changed by adjusting the CANB DIP switch on the control board. In the case of parallel operation, set the parallel addresses in order based on the number of parallel operations, from 1 to 4.
Analysis:It is usually caused by pressing the emergency stop button.
Solution:Reset the emergency stop button. If it cannot be resolved, please contact after-sales personnel for handling.

Analysis:The battery current is greater than the upper limit of the AC output current.
Solution:Check the maximum discharge current of the battery and adjust the max current discharge value in the protect parameters
Analysis:The actual lowest unit voltage of the battery is lower than the undervoltage fault value/the actual highest unit voltage of the battery is higher than the overvoltage fault value. The number of battery units is set incorrectly, resulting in incorrect average voltage of battery units calculated by HPS.
Solution:Check and adjust the protect parameters. If this fault still occurs, please contact after-sales personnel for guidance and adjustment.
Analysis:Lost communication with BMS. If it is a battery from another brand, it may be caused by incompatibility with the BMS protocol..
Solution:Check if the wiring of the canA interface is normal. Measure the resistance value between CANA interface H and L in the case of power outage. The normal resistance range is 60-120 ohms. If the resistance value is incorrect, the resistance value can be changed by adjusting the CANA DIP switch.
Analysis:The BMS system itself has a malfunction.
Solution:Contact the battery manufacturer to troubleshoot the BMS system
Analysis:The inductance of the inverter exceeds 1.15 times the protection current (30K optimized version) by 1 time.
Solution:Reduce the load, thereby reducing the current in the inductor of the inverter
