Analysis：When parallel or connecting to ATS, the communication resistance value is incorrect or the wiring is incorrect. In the case of parallel operation, the parallel address settings are duplicated.
Solution：Check if the wiring of the CANB interface is correct. In the event of a power outage, the normal communication resistance range for measuring the resistance value of CANB should be 60-120 ohms. The communication resistance value can be changed by adjusting the CANB DIP switch on the control board. In the case of parallel operation, set the parallel addresses in order based on the number of parallel operations, from 1 to 4.

The battery breaker in HPS will automatically trip as soon as it turned on.

Analysis：It is usually caused by pressing the emergency stop button.
Solution：Reset the emergency stop button. If it cannot be resolved, please contact after-sales personnel for handling.

How to query the historical data and download it？

A

Find the device information and select history data

Select the date to query (the longest selection days is 10 days), click confirm, and then click search to query.

Then click on the export in the upper right corner, which will be automatically downloaded and saved to the computer through the browser.

How to set up the mailbox alert function？

Click emall set, in click add

Enter the mailbox where you need to receive a reminder, and finally select the type of reminder, either weekly or monthly.

Why does the online version shows the server has A 500 error?

A

This is due to the account often time standby without any operation caused by. This error usually occurs after more than 1 hour of standby on the home page. You just need to exit the account and then log in again.

Why the enerlog could not be added？

A

A enerlog SN number can only be added by one site. If you need to bind enerlog to other sites, you need to unbind at the original site before you can be added by the new site.

How to add a new site to the account or add a new enerlog？

A

If you add a new site to your account, you can click on ADD plant. If there are multiple enerlog in the same site, you can click add data logger to add a new enerlog.

How to register a new account？

A

Select to register a new account, select the user registration, the installer, the distributor temporarily does not support registration.
The installer code does not need to be filled in. All the other projects need to be filled in.
Plant type, select residential plant, and the other two types are temporarily unavailable. Fill in the other items according to the actual situation.
Finally, fill in the corresponding SN code on the field enerlog.

Note：Sometimes, after registration, the site has been registered, indicating that the registration is successful. Exit the account and log in again.
